A company is looking for a Customer Engineer to ensure successful installation and early adoption of its products.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the end-to-end product-solution owner for customer installations and manage scope during implementation
Engage with customers to understand their operational needs and design tailored solutions using the product suite
Define product functionality and scope Statements of Work, ensuring all technical requirements and dependencies are documented
Required Qualifications
Experience delivering technology solutions to local government or public sector customers
Strong understanding of systems and data integration, especially with legacy or on-premise software
Familiarity with ETL pipelines, RESTful APIs, and database connectivity (SQL, Oracle)
Proven ability to scope technical work accurately for engineering teams
Ability to travel 10-15 business days per quarter
