Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about insurance products and services.Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Process claims and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service and support to clients.Stay informed about industry trends and changes to insurance regulations to provide knowledgeable service.Required Skills :
