LUDWIG+ is currently seeking an experienced Media Planner to join our team and help shape cutting-edge media strategies and drive impactful campaigns. In this role, you'll collaborate with account and creative teams to develop and execute data-driven paid media campaigns that reach targeted audiences effectively. You'll leverage your expertise in programmatic advertising, advanced DSP platforms, and social media channels to optimize performance and fuel client growth.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans across digital channels (display, search, social, programmatic), ensuring alignment with clients' objectives and budgets.
- Leverage demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk or DV360 to purchase and optimize programmatic ad inventory.
- Plan, manage, and report on paid social campaigns across major platforms including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and X (Twitter), using each platform’s native analytics and Google Analytics to measure performance.
- Collaborate with account, creative, social, video, and content teams to integrate media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Draft and manage RFPs, evaluate media vendor proposals, and maintain strong relationships with publishers.
- Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize live campaigns, applying A / B tests and other optimization techniques to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to track KPIs, generate actionable insights, and present clear performance reports to clients and internal teams.
- Continuously research and recommend innovative digital media opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Coordinate weekly status meetings and maintain consistent communication on campaign progress and results.
Qualifications :
3+ years of hands-on experience in media planning and buying, including programmatic advertising.Proficiency with DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) like The Trade Desk, Google DV360, or similar.Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to interpret data and optimize campaigns.Experience planning and executing paid social strategies on LinkedIn, Facebook / Instagram (Meta), and X (Twitter).Familiarity with media buying software / platforms and general marketing tools.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present media strategies and results clearly.Detail-oriented self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative team player, comfortable working across departments to achieve shared goals.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is a plus.We are looking for a fearless collaborator with a builder mindset.
