Job descriptionRepresent our agency professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community. Strengthen and maintain existing referral sources. Develop marketing plans for new or existing territories. Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community. Establish rapport with healthcare professionals in the territory. Maintain social media platforms. Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly. Strong knowledge of digital media and social media is a plus. College degree (preferred) Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities. Outstanding customer service skills and presentation abilities. Effective oral and written communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Compassion and desire to work with healthcare clients. Legally permitted to work in the United States. We value good character and teamwork.
