Compensation : $9.00 - $10.00 per hour + Tips & Commission

The Opportunity

As a Salon Assistant, you will have the chance to assist our talented hairstylists while continuing your beauty education. This role provides you with invaluable hands-on experience in a salon environment, helping you build your skills and client relationships.

K ey Responsibilities

• Assist Stylists : Support experienced hairstylists with preparing clients, washing hair, and assisting during services.
• Client Support : Help create a positive client experience by maintaining a clean and organized workspace and offering excellent customer service.
• Learning & Development : Continue your beauty education through mentorship and hands-on training while receiving free education from industry experts.
• Salon Maintenance : Help with general salon upkeep, including organizing product displays, sanitizing tools, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Product Knowledge : Learn about the products used in our salon, and help stylists recommend the best products for clients' hair care needs.
