Program Manager (Remote) - Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR) | U.S. Marine Corps Support

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is proud to support the U.S. Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR) in its mission to serve Wounded, Ill, and Injured (WII) Marines, Sailors, veterans, and their families. We're seeking a Program Manager (PM) who embodies leadership, compassion, and precision. We are looking for someone ready to guide a team that helps service members rebuild their lives and transition successfully to continued service or civilian life.

Position Requirements

• Master's degree and 10 years of federal government experience or DoD Wounded Warrior program
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of personnel / program management experience plus 5 years supporting DoD Wounded Warrior programs.
• Minimum 3 years of outreach / support operations experience with Wounded, Ill, and Injured (WII) personnel or veterans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Solid understanding of Marine Corps culture, VA systems, and non-medical case management principles.
