As a Managed Services Architect , you'll be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of scalable, customer-focused managed services offerings across the Americas. This key position merges technical expertise and business strategy to enhance Arrow's service portfolio, drive revenue growth, and establish Arrow ECS as a market leader in managed services.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of innovative Managed Services solutions aligned with market demands, technology trends, and Arrow's objectives.
• Gather and analyze market and partner feedback to inform service development priorities in collaboration with leadership teams.
• Define technical and functional requirements, delivery models, and cost estimates for new service initiatives.
• Architect scalable service designs across infrastructure, SaaS, and hybrid environments, ensuring performance, security, and operational excellence.
• Facilitate technical workshops with key customers and partners, converting requirements into actionable solutions that foster business outcomes and sales opportunities.
• Steer the continuous improvement of the Arrow Xpand managed services platform, creating roadmaps for enhancements and integrations.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring high delivery quality and accountability.
• Collaborate with service development teams to implement delivery models, processes, and platform architecture.
• Enhance go-to-market strategies by providing sales enablement, training, and technical guidance to internal teams.
• Work with Service Solution Managers to determine value propositions and competitive pricing strategies for services.

Fully Remote : Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as needed by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate : $126,300.00 - $170,000.00 OTE

The actual compensation offer to a candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive will be finalized upon offer.

Location : US-GA-Georgia (Remote Employees) - Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, as requested by the Company.
