Grounds Specialist

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a Grounds Specialist with heavy equipment experience to join our team in Greenfield, WI with $18 / hr pay for 3 months contract (temp only). This role is critical to ensuring respectful and well-maintained grounds, including burial services, landscaping, and memorial installations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions. APPLY NOW!

Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 30am 4 : 00pm + Saturday availability

What Youll Do :

• Perform openings and closings for burials, entombments, and inurnments.
• Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, tractors, utility vehicles, backhoes, and trailers.
• Set up and tear down gravesites, dig graves, haul dirt, and install outer burial containers.
• Install and assemble memorials, markers, and foundations.
• Operate hand-held tools such as shovels, picks, rakes, sledgehammers, mowers, weed trimmers, and blowers.
• Maintain burial sites, including filling, tamping, seeding, or sodding graves.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment within a 25-foot radius of burial areas.
• Complete work orders related to grave and marker maintenance.
• Follow all company safety rules and standards of the Dignity Memorial Promise.
