Position Overview

We are seeking a

Graphic Designer II

to support high-volume, high-impact design needs across a range of marketing efforts for the Dallas and Fort Worth offices. This role builds on strong foundational design skills and a desire to grow in both print and digital design. The ideal candidate is collaborative, creative, and eager to learn from senior team members while supporting brokers and marketing initiatives. You will serve as a creative business partner to internal and external clients, delivering high-quality materials that reflect both the Stream brand and client goals. This position reports to the Strategic Marketing Director.

Primary Responsibilities

Design and produce sophisticated marketing collateral, including innovative property branding and property marketing campaigns, local client or property events, offering memorandums, pitches, presentations, signage, and digital content.

Collaborate with brokers and marketing team members to understand project objectives and elevate the visual strategy of each assignment.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization and attention to deadlines with a service excellence mindset.

Translate complex property and market data into visually clear, engaging deliverables.

Perform advanced photo retouching, floor plan edits, and occasional illustrative elements as needed.

Learn from senior designers and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented creative culture.

Partner with local and national marketing teams to maintain consistency with Stream’s brand standards while applying creative flexibility for the market.

Contribute to visual assets for events, social campaigns, and corporate branding efforts.

Support the development of design concepts and contribute creative ideas that align with project goals and brand standards.

Partner with brokers and leadership to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

4–6+ years of professional design experience, preferably in commercial real estate, professional services, or agency environments.

A portfolio that demonstrates design sophistication, versatility, and strategic thinking.

Experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment; prior exposure to commercial real estate or professional services is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong attention to detail, especially in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to work efficiently, take direction, and collaborate in a team environment.

Experience preparing print-ready files and working with print vendors.

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A customer-service mindset paired with a proactive, consultative approach to supporting internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with marketing automation and project management technology platforms.

Ability to understand project objectives and translate them into clear, visually engaging materials that meet client needs.
