What You'll Do

• Act as the liaison between Mattamy Homes, homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, city municipalities and more
• Interacting with the HOA Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors for all Mattamy Homes' communities across the US
• Answering resident concerns in a timely manner
• Communicating with the community and the Board regularly
• Monitoring homeowner compliance with HOA rules
• Soliciting bids and managing vendor contracts for services
• Monitoring community financials
• Creating community budgets
• Facilitating Board Meetings
• Providing suggestions and recommendations for community enhancements to the Board
• Manage the turnover of control from Mattamy Homes to each community HOA once they reach the predetermined number of homeowners
• Perform other related duties as assigned
