School Compliance focuses on knowledge of compliance requirements and state laws to consult with school leaders to ensure school adheres to requirements including : using expertise in operations and compliance to drive improvements and changes; influencing acceptance of new practices, concepts and approaches in school operations and compliance. Bachelor's degree, 7+ years related professional experience, 3+ year supervisor experience

Prepares and submits all compliancy, funding, and student data reports as required by state law;Manages databases for school state reporting, state database for compliancy, and compliance cabinet for school sponsor;Adheres to policies, processes, and procedures regarding state reporting, collection of information, and adherence to state guidelines;Coordinates communication and submission of necessary documents to ensure compliancy and accuracy of reports.Ensure student funding data is accurate;Participate in funding maximization projects;Assist in operational data analysis and report compilation;Help create, maintain, and disseminate operational information;Proactively seeks out opportunities to provide operational support that contributes to providing excellent service to the schools and their clients.Supervisory Responsibilities :
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.Minimum Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field of study ANDThree (3) years in operations role OREquivalent combination of education and experienceOther Required Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of Federal and State (Colorado) education regulationsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to project manage, adhere to timelines and due dates, and organize data effectively;Strong written and verbal communication skillsBasic knowledge of Texas reporting structure and laws regarding state fundingMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Web proficiency; Proficiency using a student information system and / or similar type of database softwareAbility to travel 10% of the time, as required for training, school-wide professional development and as needed basisAbility to clear required background checkWork Environment :
