Security Professional Unarmed Aero Defense Patrol

As a Security Professional Unarmed Aero Defense Patrol in El Segundo, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $35.63 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeMon 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Fri 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor the premises for unusual activity, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials and observing entry and exit points.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and daily activities.
  • Document observations and incidents according to site and Allied Universal requirements.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • This position may primarily involve driving responsibilities, which is preferred.
  • Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
