This role involves managing patient care from admission to discharge while collaborating with physicians, families, and healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities : Deliver competent and compassionate patient care following hospital policies and nursing standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure quality outcomes. Respond promptly to medical and environmental emergencies . Serve as a liaison between nursing and medical staff for seamless care coordination. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and hygiene while maintaining a clean environment. Prioritize care in routine and complex emergency situations. Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time. Monitor patient conditions and communicate any significant changes to the physician. Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and ongoing assessments. Support patient and family education regarding treatment and discharge planning.
