Outreach Agent

A company is looking for an Outreach Agent to make outbound calls to medical providers to obtain required medical charts.

Key Responsibilities

Contact assigned medical providers by phone to obtain medical charts

Log call transactions and meet minimum call volume and quality requirements

Comply with HIPAA guidelines and respond to provider inquiries

Required Qualifications

1 year of call center or outbound sales experience preferred

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Good judgment and diplomacy in interactions with providers

Ability to accurately interpret and communicate information
