Overview

Laurel Ridge Treatment Center, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is the premier provider of specialized behavioral health and addictive disease services in San Antonio and South Texas. The 330-bed facility serves children, adolescents, young adults, adults, veterans and military personnel on a 29-acre campus in north central San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement viable short- and long-term business development plans.
• Actively participate in recruiting, hiring, orientation and retention of Community Relations team staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for the Community Relations team.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of the Community Relations team.
• Develop and implement military development team policies and procedures, including protocol systems development and management.
• Maintain referral source records and related information.
• Organize and conduct military development meetings; weekly unit staff meetings; clinical staff meetings; monthly adult medical executive meetings.
• Support CEO\'s strategic business plan and hospital financial goals.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
• Develop and maintain relationships within internal and external hospital and corporate departments.
• Support internal and external customer service standards.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor\'s Degree required
