Location : Dallas, NC

Pay Rate : Based on experience range 100 k to 115 k

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead, develop, and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, customer, and regulatory standards. This role reports directly to the VP of Technical, Design & R&D and plays a key part in maintaining product excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee, implement, and improve the company’s QMS.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer, and legal requirements.

Lead and mentor the quality team (engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, technicians).

Manage internal audits, corrective actions, and vendor quality evaluations.

Oversee incoming materials inspection and product quality monitoring.

Conduct management reviews and present QMS performance reports.

Collaborate with production and QA to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Participate in Kaizen and 5S activities to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain calibration and inspection schedules for measuring devices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

7+ years of experience in manufacturing (plastic injection molding preferred).

Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.

Skilled in quality engineering methods, documentation, and data analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management tools.
