Job description

Requirements :

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active / recent (last 24 months) U.S. government security clearance
  • Minimum 5 years of network administration experience, preferably within a DoD facility
  • Cisco Certified Specialist or equivalent certification
  • CompTIA Security+ certification

Desired :

  • DISN Video Services certification
  • Tandberg Management Suite
  • AESMP (ServiceNow)
  • ITIL Foundations v4

    • Job Description :

  • Secure Audio / Video-Teleconference (SVTC) systems administration
  • Experience with SIPRNET connection process and accreditation
  • Maintenance of SVTC related equipment in support of conference rooms.
  • Provide information / costs for maintenance and upgrades to the conference room SVTC equipment.
  • Maintain the equipment integration plan, listing of the equipment / parts, labor, and any related costs.
  • Responsible for the scheduling and related coordination of the SVTC rooms.
  • Take required action on all cybersecurity and security directives.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to :

  • Talk, see, and hear.
  • Sit, stand, use repetitive wrist, hand, and / or finger movement.
  • Lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
