Location : Temecula, CA

Schedule : Per Diem (Approx. 24 hours / week, 12-hour night shifts)

Setting : Inpatient – Labor & Delivery

Temecula Valley OB / GYN is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dedicated inpatient team. This exciting hospital-based position focuses exclusively on providing high-quality intrapartum and postpartum care during 12-hour night shifts. You’ll work in close collaboration with our physicians and nursing staff to ensure safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care for women and their families.

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient midwifery services exclusively within the hospital setting (no clinic / outpatient work).
• Manage and support women through all stages of labor and delivery.
• Perform deliveries, immediate postpartum care, and newborn stabilization in collaboration with physicians.
• Partner with the inpatient care team to deliver seamless, family-centered care.
• Promote a safe and supportive birthing environment for patients and their families.
