Job description

PEDIATRIC ENDOCRINOLOGY OPPORTUNITY located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Endocrinologist to join 1 physician and 1 APP.

  • Proportionate call with 24 / 7 coverage for inpatients by Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Critical Care and Neonatologists.
  • Care team includes an Advanced Practice Provider and Nurse.
  • Enjoy multidisciplinary collaboration with pediatric specialists in the specialties of cardiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, infectious disease, pulmonology, nephrology, neurology, and orthopedics.
  • State of the art NICU- Level IIIb with 42 beds including individual, twin & triplet rooms. 18 bed Pediatric Unit and 5 bed PICU with 24 / 7 coverage by hospitalist and critical care physicians.
  • New Womens & Childrens tower completed by 2027.
  • Academic appointments available through the USD School of Medicine. Teaching opportunities with medical students and family medicine residents.
  • Research opportunities supported by a clinical research team.
