Job description

Wholesale Pm / Change Manager Vmo

Our client is seeking a Wholesale Pm / Change Manager Vmo to join their team. As a Wholesale Pm / Change Manager, you will be part of the Wholesale Transformation Team supporting the CIB Mortgage Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Charlotte, NC

Pay Range : $60 / hr

Contract Type : W2 Contract

What's The Job?

Max of 5 Responsibilities :

  • Act as project manager by establishing deadlines, coordinating activities, and creating progress reports.
  • Coordinate interaction between operations and technology teams to ensure proper documentation in Jira.
  • Ensure adherence to the Agile methodology in project execution.
  • Manage all aspects of UAT testing and oversee the lifecycle of product testing.
  • Act as product owner, collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What's Needed?

Max of 5 Requirements :

  • Strong experience in Business Analysis / Change Management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies : Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
  • Strong communication skills and Jira expertise (user stories, progress tracking).
  • Wholesale Operations knowledge and experience in reconciliation projects.
  • Ability to work closely with tech teams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
