What You'll Do : Support

construction management efforts

on water and wastewater infrastructure projects

Coordinate with contractors, field crews, and design engineers

to resolve on-site issues

Attend construction meetings and support

RFI / submittal review

processes

Track project progress, document field changes, and assist with construction reporting

Serve as a key liaison between the design office and the job site

✅ What We're Looking For :

B.S. in Civil Engineering

0–5 years of engineering or construction experience (internships count!)

EIT Certification

or working toward it

Strong communicator and collaborative mindset

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus

Curiosity, hustle, and the desire to grow in water / wastewater infrastructure
