Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain in our Supply Chain Operations division in Seattle, WA. This position will provide excellent administrative and operational support within assigned business unit, with a focus on process improvement and project / task leadership. Additional responsibilities may include :
Cross-functional Relationships & Customer Satisfaction Develop and maintain professional internal client relationships across departments and geographies. Participate in cross-departmental and corporate committees and teams as assigned. Serve as back-up to other Business Operations teammates as needed. Support efforts to ensure department goals are aligned with business unit and company goals. Communication Communicate and coordinate with McKinstry internal resources to meet project deliverables. Manage flow of information to SharePoint, the network and stakeholders. Share information and best practices with team members. Initiate in purposeful outreach and connection across departments and regions. Perform other duties as assigned What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Highly proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook required. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio preferred. Experience in architecture, engineering, construction or other professional services industry preferred. Experience providing business support in a large organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.
