The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an IT Manager. This candidate will transform, lead, and build all technology operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security measures and compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Administer user permissions, accounts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead and own relationships with all external IT partners, including MSPs, cloud vendors, and technology providers, ensuring alignment with business goals and service-level expectations
• Lead the development and maintenance of centralized IT documentation and standardized operating procedures
• Partner with executive leadership to assess current-state IT operations, identify process and system inefficiencies, and lead the rollout of scalable, standardized solutions to support company growth
• Research when necessary new products, and / or research fixes for current ones. Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining the network infrastructure
