Home Base / Territory : Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles or San Francisco CA

Travel : Up to 80% travel, including overnights (must live in close proximity to a major airport)

Territory : North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, California, Idaho, Oregon, Washington.

What you'll be doing

We are growing our Anesthesia Sales team and are hiring exceptionally motivated and passionate Sales Specialists to drive further expansion of Baxter's Anesthesia and Fluids business within the US.

As an Anesthesia Specialist within the Pharmacy business segment, you will have direct customer-facing opportunities and be instrumental in driving our business forward! The position is focused on selling the Baxter anesthesia portfolio in assigned geography to meet the customer's clinical and economic needs. This role will also be responsible for developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the US Anesthesia market.

Sales Execution :

• Achieve sales quotas through the direct sale of our anesthesia portfolio as well as drive the placement of anesthesia vaporizers through our Vaporizer Lease Program
• Identify and communicate hospital initiatives in the perioperative space where our products can provide a solution
• Leverage appropriate clinical messaging, tools and resources to move concepts through the funnel to close business and achieve plan while maintaining compliance
• Identify key decision makers in each targeted account and influence the buying decisions throughout the customer organization
• Deliver on all aspects of the anesthesia contract strategy

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices.

The estimated pay range for this position is 110,400 - 151,800 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
