A company is looking for a Director of R&D.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's long-term R&D and innovation strategy

Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization

Establish regulatory systems and protocols to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor or Master's degree in Herbal Science / Medicine, Botany, Pharmacognosy, or related certification

Minimum 7+ years of experience in R&D and regulatory roles within natural products or dietary supplements

Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP compliance

Proven track record of successful product development from concept to commercialization

Strategic leadership experience with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
