Job descriptionDevising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance Set and uphold rigorous standards for product quality, reliability, and safety. Lead APQP / PPAP activities and define production process parameters to meet customer specifications. Monitor production adherence to Quality Assurance standards, TS16949 initiatives, and customer-specific requirements. Conduct Quality Assurance training programs to build organizational capability. Develop and update Control Plans, FMEAs, and operational practices; drive process improvements using statistical techniques and problem-solving methods. Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards Conduct regular audits to assess performance and identify areas of non-compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify trends and implement necessary changes Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures Lead lean and continuous activities in the quality department Bachelor's Degree Supplier Root Cause / Corrective Action Minimum of two years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, manufacturing, or engineering Strong knowledge of quality systems, statistical methods, and industry standards Previous experience in a manufacturing industry In depth hands-on knowledge of quality systems, policies, and procedures Familiarity with intelligent and industrial systems Computer Skills : MS Office, ERP systems Must be able to read blueprints Mechanical knowledge of gears, bearings, gearboxes Experience in negotiating and strong internal / external communication skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented
