Working under the direction of a nurse, the Clinical Associate contributes to the hospital's mission by performing basic procedures necessary to provide patients' care, comfort, and safety. This clinical staff position will have an impact on the quality of care and patient satisfaction by providing for their physical and emotional needs.

Requirements :

• Education Required : High school diploma / equivalent is strongly preferred
• Certifications : BLS Basic Life Support
• Must have / be one of the following :
• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Nursing Student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation
• Three months of clinical care experience
• Successful completion of the Winchester Hospital : Clinical Associate Training Program
• Other Skills / Knowledge : Required : For safety and quality reasons, must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors and fellow members of the hospital team. Preferred : Basic computer skills

Job Functions :

Pay Range : $19.50 - $26.24
