Job descriptionHealth corporate mailroom as a Mailroom Production Specialist , working in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment handling sensitive healthcare information. You'll operate high-volume digital printers and envelope inserter machines , manage mailroom logistics, and ensure timely and accurate output under strict deadlines. Operate large production printers and high-speed inserter machines Verify and process print jobs based on documentation Perform folding, inserting, postage stamping, and mail prep Lift boxes of envelopes / paper weighing up to 50 lbs Remain on your feet for most of the shift Multitask and meet tight schedules with precision and urgency Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong multitasking and organizational skills Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Job Title- Mailroom processor
Pay- $19 / hr W2
Duration- 6 months contract
Location- Scottsdale, AZ
Shift Options (Please list desired shift on top of resume) :
- Shift 1 : Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM
- Shift 2 : Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4 PM
