A day in the life
When you step onto our aerospace production campus, you become the guardian of cleanliness and order. You start by checking supply levels, planning your route through production aisles, offices, and common areas, and prioritizing any safety or maintenance concerns you spot along the way. By mid-shift, floors are gleaming, restrooms are refreshed, and loading docks are tidy, helping the entire team build with precision in a spotless environment.
What you’ll take ownership of
- Sanitizing washrooms, break areas, and administrative offices to high standards.
- Keeping warehouse and production floors pristine—sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
- Collecting and removing trash, recyclables, and scrap from designated pick-up points.
- Operating essential equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffers to maintain finishes.
- Replenishing janitorial and restroom supplies to ensure constant availability.
- Organizing and keeping tidy the storage zones and loading dock surroundings.
- Supporting overall warehouse orderliness and reinforcing safety best practices.
- Following safety procedures at all times and reporting hazards or maintenance issues immediately.
What helps you succeed
Hands-on custodial / janitorial background; industrial or warehouse settings are a plus.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet, walking or standing for extended periods.Dependable transportation and strong attendance record.Sharp attention to detail and pride in creating a spotless workplace.Team-first mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.Why this role matters
