Opportunity Details :

Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home

Four 10-hour days per week

1 : 3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)

Average 15-20 patients per day (Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day)

Behavioral health and lab on site

1 : 1 Medical Support Staff

Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($305,000+)

Commencement bonus of $40,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan assistance, Full benefits including a 401k match, Paid malpractice
