Responsibilities :
- Proactively source and attract candidates using online job boards, reliable networks, and other digital platforms.
- Create and manage job postings to ensure clear and engaging communication of role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing correspondence and documentation.
- Participate in skill-building development programs to enhance knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and align them with suitable opportunities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, corporate recruiting, or candidate sourcing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt innovative recruitment techniques and technologies.
