At Rural Mutual Insurance, you will join a team providing Auto, Home, Life, Farm, and Commercial insurance exclusively for Wisconsin farms, businesses, and families. With the support of a base salary, plus the opportunity for commissions and bonuses, you will receive training and the backing of a district manager as you onboard. Our agents are trusted members of the communities in which they serve and proudly keep our promise to make sure that premiums paid here stay here to keep Wisconsin strong. Offering a $2,000 signing bonus.

$42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary; PLUS Commissions and Bonuses, and a $2,000 signing bonus

Compensation : $42,000 - $48,000

Responsibilities :

• Network with local businesses and homeowners to develop relationships and deliver the protection of Rural Mutual's product line
• Partner with clients and underwriters through the entire process of purchasing their insurance policy
• Provide exceptional customer service to all people
• Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report the progress of marketing and sales efforts
