Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a locum assignment performing home-based primary care visits Monday through Friday.

Assignment Details :

Contract Type : 1099 Locum Tenens

Start Date : ASAP thru December 2025

Location : Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Patient Volume : 4–6 patients per day

Setting : Home visits – all patients are scheduled in advance

Requirements :

Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

Board Certification required

Prior experience with home-based care preferred

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Comfortable working independently in the field
