Epic Billing Application Analyst

A company is looking for an Epic Professional Billing Application Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Provide system-level support for clinical and financial applications, including installation, configuration, training, and maintenance

Lead and participate in project planning sessions, establishing goals, milestones, and procedures

Promote customer service and collaboration with clinical and operational departments for application success

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and / or healthcare or a related industry

All required certifications must be obtained upon hire

Comprehensive understanding of application support and ability to serve as a primary resource for at least one application module

Ability to gather and translate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation
