Property Accounting Manager

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Property Accounting Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing financial information processing, reporting, and analysis. This role ensures accurate financial operations while supporting and mentoring accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing financial operations for the Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, property.
  • Responsible for waterpark wristband inventory, house accounts, revenue posting, and cash office.
  • Work closely with management to compile, review, and analyze monthly financial statements.
  • Complete daily revenue journals with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage accounting processes for on-property condominiums.

What We're Looking For

  • You must have 3-5 years of experience managing finances, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting / financial management is preferred.
  • Must understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, processes, and procedures.
  • Must have experience in using computerized information systems, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications required.
  • Enjoys hands-on leadership and is team-oriented.
