Florida Hematology Oncology Job - One hour from Tampa

Seeking physicians interested in Community- based Oncology Practices

Community practice with 9 total providers (4 MD's ) located 1 hr from Tampa Florida

M-F schedule 8-5 w / rounding at 2 local hospitals

New Cancer Center under construction

Call coverage is fair / shared 1 week block and physicians split the hospitals (one physician at each hospital / week)

Mix of solid tumors and hematology

25 patients per day (ample ramp up time allowed for new provider)

No travel to satellite clinics required

Lots of infrastructure and support to include Dieticians / Behavioral Health support also available via telehealth

Board Certified / Eligible in Medical Oncology & Hematology (within 5yrs of Residency) must be boarded in at least one area (Hem or Onc)

Very well-established and robust practice with current physicians in practice dominant in the area with no competition

Great opportunity for new physician to step in and hit the ground running immediately with tremendous support resources.

This practice is an intimate practice atmosphere with high priority on providing great care to patients. The practice reputation is excellent in the community.

The practice is supported and affiliated with one of largest / most established Hematology / Oncology practice group in Florida comprised of 200+ Physicians, and 200+ APPs, plus a dedicated full time Radiology Group that caters only to the internal needs of the groups
