About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments, while supporting general administrative and facilities operations. This role involves coordination with internal teams, vendors, and couriers to ensure timely, accurate, and secure handling of all materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages within established timelines
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)
• Log incoming / outgoing deliveries accurately and maintain shipment records
• Manage inter-office pouches and distribute items to employees or affiliates
• Assist with light facilities and administrative tasks — moving boxes, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Create and apply signage, decals, and nameplates for employees
• Provide backup support for general administration departments and assist with coordination as required
• Operate and maintain office and shipping equipment (copiers, scanners, metering / stamping systems, etc.)
• Support special tasks or projects as assigned
