Job description? Follows school schedule - enjoy breaks and holidays off ? Flexible summers for those meeting service goals ? Fee-for-service caseloads available ($50 / hr per billable hour) ? Clinical supervision provided (toward PCC, LISW, IMFT) ? Free CEUs + bonus incentive program ? Supportive team culture and growth opportunities Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy Licensed in Ohio (LSW, PC, MFT, LISW, PCC, IMFT) Experience with children, adolescents, and families Strong clinical documentation and time management skills Valid Ohio driver's license and professional liability insurance

Red Oak Behavioral Health is hiring passionate, licensed mental health professionals to join our school-based team ! Help children and families thrive while enjoying a work-life balance that supports you .
What You'll Do :
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to K-12 students
- Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners
- Document sessions within 48 hours (required for compensation)
- Participate in trainings, supervision, and team meetings
