Job descriptionMedicare-focused clinic in the Hermosa neighborhood Spanish-speaking patient population On-site support : NPs, RNs, MAs, and scribes Canopy / Greenway EMR Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM No weekends or holidays Minimum 3-month coverage requested Dates still open; flexibility in start No procedures required Focus on chronic disease management : diabetes, CHF, CAD, hypertension Mild cognitive and geriatric care MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine Active Illinois license and DEA All travel covered : airfare, hotel, rental car, mileage Design a lifestyle that suits your preferences and priorities, whether it's prioritizing travel, family time, or personal pursuits alongside your professional commitments.
