Frozen Food Express is looking for a Dispatcher for our Butler, MO location.

Our strategic vision at Frozen Food Express is to be the premier temperature-controlled LTL carrier in North America. Our mission is to be the safest, most predominant, temperature-controlled LTL carrier, offering best in class service to our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure proper hand off and execution of assigned plans or loads
• Analyze available equipment, drivers and loads
• Estimate loads and trip times
• Establish truck schedules as necessary
• Evaluate the operation to promote cost-efficient service and make recommendations for improvements
• Monitor current equipment location and status
• Interact with customers and troubleshoot problems to obtain final resolution as needed
• Respond quickly and efficiently to changes in drivers, road conditions, or load needs and assist Linehaul Supervisors in re-powering loads and drivers when necessary
• Effectively assist in the supervision of drivers
• Resolve any driver issues or concerns as appropriate
