Caregiver Hiring Coordinator
FULL OR PART TIME
Description :
Senior Helpers has helped hundreds of clients achieve successful long-term aging at home with comprehensive, personal home care services. We proudly serve nine counties across the State of Florida.
As the Caregiver Recruiter you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and fully onboarding caregiver staff in compliance with state home care license requirements and agency policies and procedures. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Source candidates from job boards. Review resumes and determine viable candidates
- Contact candidates to discuss open positions, determine their interest and confirm qualifications
- Gather documentation from candidates, including background checks, licenses, and certifications
- Perform reference checks
- Document all pertinent information for each candidate throughout the onboarding process
- Field inbound calls related to employment inquiries
- Handle on-call duty on a regular basis as directed by management
- Work with candidates throughout the complete onboarding process, from initial contact through to turnover to caregiver management
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required :
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and tech savvy. Must be comfortable with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft OfficeExperience working in the healthcare or home care industryExcellent research and analytical skillsCommitted, responsible and positive. Must enjoy working as part of a larger integrated teamSuperior phone etiquetteState of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration Level 2 background screenPreferred Additional Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year recruitment experienceExperience working with an agency management system (e.g. MatrixCare, ClearCare)Experience working with Hireology, Indeed and staff onboarding systems (e.g. Paychex, ADP)Multi-lingual capabilitiesBenefits :
