Customer Relationship Coordinator
Temporary to Hire | Gallatin, TN 372066 | Mon-Fri 7 : 00 - 4 : 00
Salary Range : $55,000 - $65,000 | Bonus Eligible on a Yearly basis!
Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative for a 4-6 month temporary role with potential for permanent hire. This position focuses on building relationships with retailers and wholesalers, increasing product visibility, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Relationship Coordinator :
- Drive product sales, secure shelf space, and increase product visibility
- Reconnect with existing customers and develop new accounts
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and monitor competitor activity and industry trends
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure retail compliance
- Assist with e-commerce development and provide sales reporting to management
- Review customer files to ensure proper and current licensing
- Track and report product returns
