Key Responsibilities

Investigate and process bodily injury claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages

Gather relevant information and assess the extent of bodily injuries for compensation determination

Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys while ensuring compliance with insurance laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Active Georgia adjusters license

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 3 years related work experience with BI claims

Knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications

Familiarity with claims processes, regulations, and coverages
