JOB DESCRIPTION
Team Epiphany is looking for a NYC-based Graphic Designer to join our Creative Department!
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the co-development of creative concepts for a variety of pitches, social assets, advertisements, events, and promotional assets. This role reports to the Senior Art Director in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with in-house Art Director and Designers to create content for client use across platforms including physical experiences, social, and digital media
- Execute presentation layouts, illustration, photo manipulation, and photocomposition
- Follow creative direction with accountability and precision
- Collaborate effectively within team settings and contribute to group projects
- Maintain the graphic aesthetic and integrity of original designs while producing high volumes of assets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Take initiative and ownership of assigned projects while working independently
- Stay up to date with social media trends, digital innovation, and relevant media developments
- Accept and apply art direction and feedback constructively while confidently articulating design perspectives
WHAT MAKES A GREAT CANDIDATE
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A HYBRID SCHEDULE3 days / week in-office10 AM – 7 PM ESTGraphic design experience, preferably within an agency environmentExceptional design sensibility with ability to integrate messaging, color, imagery, and typographyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and KeynoteStrong storytelling skills with both expressive and logistical communication abilitiesAbility to design in both pixel-based and vector-based formatsExcellent attention to detailStrong multitasking skills while maintaining efficiency, composure, and organizationAdaptability to work independently and collaboratively on projects of various scopesReceptive to creative direction and constructive feedbackExperience with motion design is a plusSALARY & BENEFITS
$60,000 – $75,000 annually (based upon experience)Paid Time Off :
