Indirect Loan Processor to support the lending operations of our Sacramento-based financial institution client. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of indirect auto loan applications submitted by dealership partners. The Indirect Loan Processor reviews, verifies, and processes loan documentation, confirms adherence to established guidelines, identifies discrepancies or potential red flags, and supports the funding process with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced lending environment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review, verify, and process incoming documentation, ensuring accuracy, identifying missing information, and communicating discrepancies to relevant partners before moving applications forward.
- Evaluate loan files for completeness and potential red flags, applying established guidelines to determine whether applications meet requirements for funding.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations, including compliance standards related to financial institutions, and ensure all actions align with organizational policies.
- Disburse approved funds accurately and efficiently, support reporting needs by gathering information for departmental summaries, and provide status updates to internal teams.
- Assist with cross-departmental tasks as needed, contributing to smooth lending operations and supporting team members with additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma required; additional education or directly related experience in lending, contract review, or administrative support is beneficial.
- At least two years of experience in a bank lending call center or documentation-review role preferred, with related clerical or financial services experience also acceptable.
- Strong clerical and data-entry skills, including proficiency with office equipment, basic banking or credit-reporting tools, and computer-based filing systems, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have remote home office set up and prior remote experience strongly preferred.
