Position Details :

• Certification Requirement : ASCP / AMT certification as a generalist. Micro experience it is a plus but not required.
• Educational Background : Associates or Bachelors Degree in Science or equivalent.
• Technical Expertise : Proficient in working across various benches, including Hemo, Micro, PCR, BB CVC, Blood Gases, and Cross-matching.
• Team Collaboration : A team player capable of seamlessly transitioning between different roles within the laboratory.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance.
