Primary Responsibilities :

This position will be a rotational position within UnitedHealth Group's Corporate Treasury Department. The Treasury Intern will get exposure to various functions within a corporate Treasury department. Responsibilities could include investments, capital markets, risk management, treasury operations, foreign exchange and liquidity management.

This role provides hands-on experience and will work closely with senior Treasury team members to learn best practices, contribute to process improvements, and assist in department projects. Examples of work responsibilities include the following :

Assist in gathering market data and preparing summaries for short-term investment options

Conduct basic research on market trends and funding options

Assist with daily cash position reporting and reconciliation

Update spreadsheets for cash forecasts and variance analysis

Help compile reports for liquidity and interest rate risk assessments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
