About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer on the Software Services Team, you will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and deploying robust mobile applications and on-screen UI. Your work will directly empower our customers to efficiently manage vehicle fleets and execute complex autonomous tasks on our agricultural tractors. You will collaborate closely with robot engineers, product managers, and designers to translate customer requirements into innovative features and functionalities.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of mobile and on-screen autonomous vehicle interfaces, used for planning and execution of autonomous tasks.
• Architect and implement shared, scalable software components with clean, well-defined interfaces for reuse across multiple applications.
• Integrate frontend applications seamlessly with vehicle and cloud APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Champion comprehensive testing, including unit, widget, and integration tests in Dart, to guarantee correct functionality of both presentation and underlying logic.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, designers, and key stakeholders to define, refine, and implement new feature concepts.
• Drive the development process by writing clear and concise RFCs for new product features.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.

$160,000 - $190,000 a year

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000 to $190,000 + equity + benefits + unlimited PTO

Phone Screen with People Operations (30 minutes)

Video Interview with the Hiring Manager (45 minutes)

Software Development Evaluation (1 hour with an engineer)

Panel Interview (Video interviews scheduled with key stakeholders; each interview will be 30 to 60 minutes)

Final Interviews (CEO, CFO, CTO, 30 minutes each)
