Job description

A Skilled Nursing Facility is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location : Plattsburgh, NY

Responsibilities Include :

  • Gathering intake information for new residents upon admission
  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs and overall resident health
  • Administering prescribed medications and injections
  • Providing wound care and treating bedsores as needed
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily routines
  • Tracking residents' nutritional intake and output

    • Qualifications :

  • Current and valid LPN license in the State of New York
  • Must be a reliable team player with strong communication skills
  • In good standing with the State Registry
