Optional skills such as CRM proficiency, compliance knowledge, and advanced analytics further enhance your effectiveness and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Optional skills such as CRM system proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn), advanced Excel / data visualization, and industry-specific compliance knowledge can be applied to streamline workflow, enhance reporting accuracy, and ensure regulatory adherence. Presentation and negotiation skills support effective client pitches and candidate closing, while project management experience enables efficient handling of multiple accounts and initiatives.

Required education may include a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field. Certifications in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified ProfessionalRecruiter) or project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are valued but not mandatory. For these optional skills, 13 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Key attributes of success include adaptability to changing client needs, strong organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, collaborate across teams, and maintain high ethical standards is essential.

Experience with HRIS / payroll platforms

Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., FLSA, EEO)

Data-driven decision-making

Experience supporting process automation or system upgrades

Multilingual communication skills

The pay range for this position is $116000.00 - $174000.00 / yr.
